The business problem
Product specifications and large catalogs can leave shoppers struggling to identify suitable options. Static pages and rigid filters often provide too little guidance.
The approach
Design the decision process first: identify customer needs, structure the questions and product information, then automate filtering and relevant recommendations. Keep answers editable so the customer can refine the decision.
The implementation
Connect product feeds and decision rules with response capture, recommendations, and management reporting. The application implements the process and makes customer interactions available for business analysis.
